Return & Refund Policy of wafno
We follow every Rules and Regulation of e-commerce Business and keep in mind the convenience of the customer. If the Customer gets wrong and damage product or if he/she doesn’t like the product then he/she can return and we will refund the money immediately.
What can return and when?
(a) if You have received a product that is different from what you ordered from wafno
(b) if You have received damaged product
(c) If the product delivered by us does not appear to be the exact size you have ordered (size & Quantity issues)
(d) If you are not satisfied with received wafno range of attar
YOU MUST HAVE TO PROVIDE US THE UNBOXING VIDEO OF THE PACKAGE OR SUITABLE PROOF
What products not be returned?
(a) Product that have been used, worn, washed or soiled.
(b) Branded items, once the seal has been broken, cannot be returned.
(c) After the allotted time (d) Products must be in their original form.
